Hydrotherm has an Australia wide delivery network to ensure that your system is delivered in a prompt and professional manner. 

Common Delivery Questions

Delivery costs are dependent on your postcode and are immediately displayed after inputting your postcode in the Hydrotherm Online Store.

Delivery times are dependent on your postcode. Generally delivery time are as follows:

  • • Brisbane Metro – 1-2 business days
  • • Sydney Metro – 2-4 business days
  • • Melbourne Metro – 3-6 business days.

Hydrotherm deliveries are all done through third party agents.

Hydrotherm strongly recommends that customers are home for delivery. However if the third party delivery agent is able to leave the system in a safe location, this can also be arranged as per the delivery notes in the checkout page.

However if any issues arise due to accessing the property or leaving the system in a safe location and the unit is unable to be delivered, then you will be liable for additional delivery charges and the delivery will be organised at owner’s expense at a later date.

Hydrotherm system will get delivered directly to your property. The delivery agent will endeavour to place the system as close to your hot water system unless:

  • • There are steps.
  • • There are steep slopes.
  • • The driveway cannot be accessed by large vehicles.
  • • There are locked gates or large dogs.
  •  

If any issues arise due to accessing the property or leaving the system in a safe location and the unit is unable to be delivered, then you will be liable for additional delivery charges and the delivery will be organised at owner’s expense at a later date.

Hydrotherm recommends assigning delivery 5 – 7 business days prior to arranged installation date. 

A condition of sale of your Hydrotherm systems is that the system is to be installed and all STC Assignment & Warranty Documents received within two weeks of delivery of your unit. If you would like to ensure your system is delivered in advance (eg. for a new build) this can be arranged. Please indicate in the delivery notes of the checkout process the timeframes for delivery (eg. ASAP, one week, two weeks or a specific date etc.).

If your Hydrotherm system has been damaged during delivery please contact Hydrotherm immediately. Do not install the Hydrotherm system unless you have received confirmation from Hydrotherm to do so.
