If you experience any issue with you Hydrotherm please press the off button on the control panel. Instructions can be found in the owner manual, provided with your unit, or downloadable here.

If you are within office hours, 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, call our dedicated Service Centre toll free on 1300 769 904 to speak to a technical expert.
