Every Hydrotherm comes backed by a support network of specially trained plumbers and refrigerant technicians dedicated to ensuring that your system keeps on working 24/7. In the unlikely event that your HydroTherm Unit experiences any technical difficulties, please follow these simple steps.
If you experience any issue with you HydroTherm please press the off button on the control panel. Instructions can be found in the owner manual, provided with your unit, or downloadable HERE.
If you are within office hours, 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, call our dedicated Service Centre, toll free on 1300 769 904, to speak to an Aquatech Technical Expert.
If you wish to lodge a service request outside of office hours. Please press on the ‘Service Request’ button located below. This will take you to the service request form page. Simply fill in your details and press send, to alert an Aquatech Service agent in your local area.
Whether you use out Phone Line or service Form, an Aquatech technical representative will be assigned t your case, and will make contact within 24 hours. If the issue can not be adequately dealt with during the service call. An onsite visit will be booked in, no later than 48 hours from initial request, to solve the issue.
